Delete Account

Delete your CoinAlarm account and data

CoinAlarm lets you request full deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this in any of the ways below.

How to request account deletion

Option 1: In the app (recommended)

Open the CoinAlarm app → Settings → Account → Delete account. Follow the steps to submit your request.

Option 2: Contact page - Link

Go to Contact us on our website and send a message with the subject “Delete my account” and the email address linked to your CoinAlarm account.

Option 3: Email

Send an email to support@coinalarm.app with the subject “Delete my account” and the email address you use to sign in. We will process your request within 7 days.

What we delete

When you request account deletion, we delete:

• Your account (email, display name, profile)

• Your alarms and watchlists

• Your chart drawings and saved settings linked to your account

• Authentication data (tokens, login history)

We do not keep copies of this data after deletion, except where we must retain it for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g. fraud, disputes). In those cases we keep only what is required and for the minimum period allowed by law.

After deletion

You will no longer be able to sign in or recover your account. If you want to use CoinAlarm again, you will need to create a new account.
