1. Acceptance of Terms

By using coinalarm.app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Coinalarm.app is a solo-built project and is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

2. Not Financial Advice

Coinalarm.app is for informational purposes only. We do not offer financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

All prices, alerts, and charts are meant to help you track the market — but your trading decisions are your own. You are fully responsible for any profits or losses you experience.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer of Coinalarm.app is not responsible for any damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data.

While we aim to provide accurate and timely information, we can’t guarantee that alerts or chart data will always be correct or delivered without interruption.

Technical issues such as API outages, network delays, or missed alerts may occur. Coinalarm.app is not liable for any losses caused by these issues.

4. Third-Party Exchange APIs

Direct Data Sources: When viewing charts or market data, your device may connect directly to third-party exchanges like Binance or Bybit. We do not control their services and can’t guarantee their uptime or accuracy.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Payment Method: All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. By making a payment, you acknowledge the volatile nature of digital assets.
Refunds: Due to the irreversible nature of the blockchain, all sales are generally final. However, refund requests made within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g., for technical failure).
Deductions: Any approved refund will be issued in the original cryptocurrency paid (or its USD equivalent at the time of refund, at our discretion) minus any applicable blockchain network fees (gas fees) and NOWPayments processing fees.
Process: To request a refund, you must email support with your Transaction ID (Hash) and a valid wallet address for the refund. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the user.
